Todd Malcolm

Todd Malcolm is currently a Deputy Principal at Waiuku college. It is situated 60km south west of Auckland with 900 students. Todd has been a Deputy Principal since 2008, Todd has a BPhed from Otago University and a Master’s in Educational leadership from AUT. From 2018 to 2022 Todd was the lead for the Waiuku Kāhui ako (10 schools)
Current responsibilities include Leadership, Teaching & Learning, IT, Vocational pathways, International program and the oversight for senior students.

Todd also undertakes International Student Marketing trips.
Todd is the current secretary for the Auckland Deputy Principals and Assistant Principals Association.
Todd’s favourite quote is “ The magic you are looking for, is in the work you are avoiding”.
